Now ask them (O Muhammad SAW): "Are there (only) daughters for your Lord and sons for them?"
View Contextفَاسْتَفْتِهِمْ أَلِرَبِّكَ الْبَنَاتُ وَلَهُمُ الْبَنُونَ

Or did We create the angels females while they were witnesses?
View Contextأَمْ خَلَقْنَا الْمَلَائِكَةَ إِنَاثًا وَهُمْ شَاهِدُونَ

Verily, it is of their falsehood that they (Quraish pagans) say:
View Contextأَلَا إِنَّهُم مِّنْ إِفْكِهِمْ لَيَقُولُونَ
English:Mohsin Khan & Halali
"Allah has begotten off spring or children (i.e. angels are the daughters of Allah)?" And, verily, they are liars!
View Contextوَلَدَ اللَّهُ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَكَاذِبُونَ

Has He (then) chosen daughters rather than sons?
View Contextأَصْطَفَى الْبَنَاتِ عَلَى الْبَنِينَ

What is the matter with you? How do you decide?
View Contextمَا لَكُمْ كَيْفَ تَحْكُمُونَ

Will you not then remember?
View Contextأَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ

Or is there for you a plain authority?
View Contextأَمْ لَكُمْ سُلْطَانٌ مُّبِينٌ

Then bring your Book if you are truthful!
View Contextفَأْتُوا بِكِتَابِكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ
