Verily, that which you are promised (i.e. Resurrection in the Hereafter and receiving the reward or punishment of good or bad deeds, etc.) is surely true.
View Contextإِنَّمَا تُوعَدُونَ لَصَادِقٌ
English:Mohsin Khan & Halali
And verily, the Recompense is sure to happen.
View Contextوَإِنَّ الدِّينَ لَوَاقِعٌ
English:Mohsin Khan & Halali
By the heaven full of paths,
View Contextوَالسَّمَاءِ ذَاتِ الْحُبُكِ

Certainly, you have different ideas (about Muhammad SAW and the Quran).
View Contextإِنَّكُمْ لَفِي قَوْلٍ مُّخْتَلِفٍ
English:Mohsin Khan & Halali
Turned aside therefrom (i.e. from Muhammad SAW and the Quran) is he who is turned aside (by the Decree and Preordainment of Allah).
View Contextيُؤْفَكُ عَنْهُ مَنْ أُفِكَ

Cursed be the liars,
View Contextقُتِلَ الْخَرَّاصُونَ
English:Mohsin Khan & Halali
Who are under a cover of heedlessness (think not about the gravity of the Hereafter),
View Contextالَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي غَمْرَةٍ سَاهُونَ
English:Mohsin Khan & Halali
They ask; "When will be the Day of Recompense?"
View Contextيَسْأَلُونَ أَيَّانَ يَوْمُ الدِّينِ
English:Mohsin Khan & Halali
(It will be) a Day when they will be tried (i.e. burnt) over the Fire!
View Contextيَوْمَ هُمْ عَلَى النَّارِ يُفْتَنُونَ
English:Mohsin Khan & Halali
"Taste you your trial (burning)! This is what you used to ask to be hastened!"
View Contextذُوقُوا فِتْنَتَكُمْ هَٰذَا الَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِ تَسْتَعْجِلُونَ
