56 : 10

And those foremost [(in Islamic Faith of Monotheism and in performing righteous deeds) in the life of this world on the very first call for to embrace Islam,] will be foremost (in Paradise).
View Contextوَالسَّابِقُونَ السَّابِقُونَ
56 : 11
أُولَٰئِكَ الْمُقَرَّبُونَ
56 : 12
فِي جَنَّاتِ النَّعِيمِ
56 : 13

A multitude of those (foremost) will be from the first generations (who embraced Islam).
View Contextثُلَّةٌ مِّنَ الْأَوَّلِينَ
56 : 14

And a few of those (foremost) will be from the later time (generations).
View Contextوَقَلِيلٌ مِّنَ الْآخِرِينَ
56 : 15

(They will be) on thrones woven with gold and precious stones,
View Contextعَلَىٰ سُرُرٍ مَّوْضُونَةٍ
56 : 16
مُّتَّكِئِينَ عَلَيْهَا مُتَقَابِلِينَ
56 : 17
يَطُوفُ عَلَيْهِمْ وِلْدَانٌ مُّخَلَّدُونَ
56 : 18
بِأَكْوَابٍ وَأَبَارِيقَ وَكَأْسٍ مِّن مَّعِينٍ
56 : 19

Wherefrom they will get neither any aching of the head, nor any intoxication.
View Contextلَّا يُصَدَّعُونَ عَنْهَا وَلَا يُنزِفُونَ
56 : 20
وَفَاكِهَةٍ مِّمَّا يَتَخَيَّرُونَ
56 : 21
وَلَحْمِ طَيْرٍ مِّمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ
56 : 22

And (there will be) Houris (fair females) with wide, lovely eyes (as wives for the pious),
View Contextوَحُورٌ عِينٌ
56 : 23
كَأَمْثَالِ اللُّؤْلُؤِ الْمَكْنُونِ
56 : 24
جَزَاءً بِمَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ
56 : 25

No Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk) will they hear therein, nor any sinful speech (like backbiting, etc.).
View Contextلَا يَسْمَعُونَ فِيهَا لَغْوًا وَلَا تَأْثِيمًا
56 : 26

But only the saying of: Salam!, Salam! (greetings with peace)!
View Contextإِلَّا قِيلًا سَلَامًا سَلَامًا
56 : 27

And those on the Right Hand, Who will be those on the Right Hand?
View Contextوَأَصْحَابُ الْيَمِينِ مَا أَصْحَابُ الْيَمِينِ
56 : 28
فِي سِدْرٍ مَّخْضُودٍ
56 : 29

Among Talh (banana-trees) with fruits piled one above another,
View Contextوَطَلْحٍ مَّنضُودٍ
56 : 30
وَظِلٍّ مَّمْدُودٍ
56 : 31
وَمَاءٍ مَّسْكُوبٍ
56 : 32
وَفَاكِهَةٍ كَثِيرَةٍ
56 : 33

Whose season is not limited, and their supply will not be cut off,
View Contextلَّا مَقْطُوعَةٍ وَلَا مَمْنُوعَةٍ
56 : 34
وَفُرُشٍ مَّرْفُوعَةٍ
56 : 35
إِنَّا أَنشَأْنَاهُنَّ إِنشَاءً
56 : 36
فَجَعَلْنَاهُنَّ أَبْكَارًا
56 : 37
عُرُبًا أَتْرَابًا
56 : 38
لِّأَصْحَابِ الْيَمِينِ
56 : 39

A multitude of those (on the Right Hand) will be from the first generation (who embraced Islam).
