View Contextبِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ لَا أُقْسِمُ بِهَٰذَا الْبَلَدِ
English:Mohsin Khan & Halali
And you are free (from sin, to punish the enemies of Islam on the Day of the conquest) in this city (Makkah).
