Cosmology (Origin & Fate of Universe)

Allah سبحانه وتعالى has created this universe in a very methodical way, and the more we learn about the complexity and vastness of the universe around us, the more we can appreciate the creativity and powers of Allah سبحانه وتعالى. The unique design of the earth and availability of all the conditions suitable for human inhabitance on the earth reflect upon the attributes of our sustainer. People with a right mind and right attitude can only react by being thankful to Allah سبحانه وتعالى and live their lives on the earth as their obedient servants. Just like its beginning, the universe around us also has an ending. The Holy Quran tells us that the timing of this doomsday is only known to Allah سبحانه وتعالى but there is no doubt of this happening. There are many verses of The Holy Quran that describe the disintegration of the earth, the stars and skies at the end of the life of this universe. This day will, then, be followed by the resurrection of all human beings and the establishment of The Day of Judgment.
