Preservation of the Holy Quran

The Holy Quran is a sacred book which was revealed to The Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم for the guidance of the mankind to the Day of Judgment. Allah سبحانه وتعالى has, thus, made special arrangements for the preservation and propagation of the content and the message of The Holy Quran. Firstly, The Holy Quran is preserved by Allah سبحانه وتعالى in a sacred tablet (Lauh Al-Mahfouz) in the heavens and it is guarded by the angels. The evil satanic forces have no access to The Holy Quran. Secondly, The Holy Quran was written by dedicated writers during the life span of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم, was memorized by heart by many of his companions and was given a book form in the era of the third caliph, Usman Ibn-e-Affan. Since the time of The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم, the Holy Quran is memorized page to page as a religious honor by hundreds of thousands of Memorizers (Hafizeen) and the scholars of Islam, who recite it regularly in prayers, especially in the month of Ramadhan. Thirdly, The Holy Quran is preserved in the description of the practical life of The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and his companions who followed the revelation without any reservation. This interpretation of The Holy Quran is preserved in the form of various collections of The Sunnah and The Hadith of The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم; quoted with detailed references by highly authenticated sources.
